July 1 2005.Both Bank of Ireland and ICS have reduced their long term mortgage rates. Fixing for 5 years at 3.85% or indeed 10 years at 4.49% are extremely attractive rates and we believe such rates may not be available for to long if as is expected interest rates creep up towards the year end.Other lenders are likely to follow .
