IIB are the latest lender to add tracker mortgages to their lending portfolio..Slightly more restrictive than their competitors the trackers are only for mortgages of 250k plus.A ltv of less than 60% will get you a guaranteed margin over euribor of 1.15% and between 60% and 80% the margin is 1.25%.Over 80% not available.Rates and terms are not as attractive as Ulster Bank.
