Ics reduce fixed rates 14/02/05

ICS Building Society have reduced their range of fixed rates with effect from 14/02/05.Of particular significance is the reduction in long term rates with home loan five year fixed rates now at 4.29% (4% apr) and ten year rates down from 5.35% to 4.95% (4.8% apr)
