Haven Mortgages slash fixed rates

Here at Mortgages.ie we have waited a long time for AIB Group to reduce their fixed rates. Other lenders have had medium term fixed rates at elow 3%| for over 6 months and Haven's new rates of 2.85% for 3.4 and 5 years are a very welcome development. Equally impressive are their APRC rates at 3.2% 3.1% and 3.1% respectively, reflecting their low follow on variable rates.
