Fine Gael sweep to victory
Fine Gael achieved a record number of seats in the General Election and now look set to form a new government with Labour.
Hopefully this change will bring about a fresh start for our country and ignite hope for so many disillusioned people in our society.
All markets are about confidence with the housing markey being no different.It is difficult to predict what will happen house prices although the fall would appear to be heading past 50% in some instances.
Lenders remain prudent in their lending parctices and we cannot emphasise enough how importnant it is for prospective buyers to be extremely careful in how they manage their financial affairs prior to applying.There are some great bargains in the housing market and it certainly is a buyers market.
