April 2008 has unfortunately seen some significant moves by lenders in their credit policies. 100% Mortgages are no longer available to non-professionals. In fact only one lender is still offering 100% facilities to civil servants, and this lender is also quite prudent in the amount they will advance on such facilities.

For the rest of us, the maximum facility is 95%, although a number of lenders have capped their loans at 92%.
