Bank of Scotland have significantky increased their tracker rates, have withdrawn their fixed rates products, and have reduced max loan to values to 90% for residential homes and 80% for investment properties and apartments. This is a consequence of the tightening of credit on the world credit markets and a softening of the Irish property market. Money is getting dearer and harder to get!
