Avant Money to increase mortgage rates by up to 1%

Avant Money are increasing their mortgage rates with effect from Monday 15th August.
The lender have pointed to higher market funding costs as the primary reason for the increase.
Rate increases include:
.5% on 5 year fixed rates to 2.65%,
.7% increase on 7 year fixed rates to 2.95%
1% increase on 10 year fixed rates to 3.4%
1% increase on 15 year fixed rates to 3.4%
