For many years AIB and their subsidiary Haven Mortgages were market leaders when it came to good value mortgages . Having slipped behind over the past year they have updated their rates and now have a very a competitive balanced set of rates and the best follow on rate to their fixed rate mortgage offers at 3.15%.
They lead the market with 5 year fixed rate offer for 90% mortgages at 3.3% and given the low follow on rates this is an attractive product for first time buyers.
