Our new 2.15%, 4 year green mortgage is attracting a great deal of interest.
The new rate, underwritten by Haven Mortgages - the broker only provider owned by AIB Group, is available for homes with an energy rating between A1 and B3.
The offer is open to existing home owners, who have a valid BER cert for their home which is not greater than 10 years old. It is expected that all new homes will qualify for the special rate.
Repayments on a €250,000, 35 year mortgage at 2.15% will start off at €846 per month.
