This month we are highlighting a Haven Mortgages product. Haven have been operating for many years in the mortgage market.
The product we are highlighting is Haven's 7 year fixed rate at 2,65%, for mortgages over €250,000.( Correct as at 15/07/2022)
The key features of this product are as follows:
- The rate is fixed for 7 years.
- The rate is 2.65%, which is attractive in an era of increasing mortgage rates.
- This rate is available on all loans up to 90%, loan to value.
- The product comes with €5,000 cash back.
- Haven mortgages are owned by AIB, which is one of Ireland's longest established and largest financial institutions.
- Haven mortgages have the same follow on rates as their parent AIB.

Please note that with the exit from our market of KBC and Ulster, all the remaining lenders are experiencing very high volumes of business, both as a result of the lower number of providers and on account of customers of KBC and Ulster seeking alternative lenders. This has impacted the speed at which all mortgages are being processed.
