KBC withdraw 5 year fixed rate

News just in, with details still to be confirmed, point to KBC withdrawing their 5 year fixed rate offers,increasing some variable rate products and withdrawing their €1,000 incentive to switchers.We will update our site as more information comes to hand.
Unfortunately this is bad news for switchers from Ebs and permanenttsb who were hoping to move to lender with a view to fixing for 5 years.However, KBC are retaining their three year fixed rate which we believe will also attract switchers.
We expect more rate rise announcements from AIB and Bank of Ireland in the near future.
