Help to Buy scheme extended until end 2021

Budget 2020 has extended the Help to Buy scheme.
- The scheme provides up to 10% of the purchase price of a new home, up to a maximum of €30,000, by way of a tax rebate.
- The tax rebate relates to income tax paid over the past 4 years.
- The scheme applies if you are buying or building your first home.
- Max purchase price to qualify is €500,000
- Minimum loan is 70% of the purchase price valuation
- Applicants must be tax compliant.
