Avant Mortgages target KBC and Ulster Bank Mortgage holders

Ulster Bank and KBC have provided strong competition to the main lenders over the past number of years and between them they have close to 25% of the mortgage market. Customers of these lenders will move over to Permanentsb and Bank of Ireland over the course of 2022, assuming all the necessary regulatory approvals are secured.
New lenders including Avant and Finance Ireland will try to entice some of these customers through their highly competitive mortgage rates and long term mortgage options. These lenders only operate through Mortgage Brokers and our mortgage refinance service provides access to these lenders.
