Over the past year, we have promoted the attraction of medium term fixed rates.

We are delighted that some of our lenders continue to offer great value fixed rates.

We still have 4 and 5 year rates from 2.6% and 7 year rates from 2.99%.

Bank of Ireland have raised the popular 5 year fixed rate to 3.2%. This compares with 2.6% available through lenders.

Bank of Ireland are already chargingthe highest variable rates on the market and this latest move on fixed rates is disappointing.
