We submit your mortgage .

Following your meeting we will submit your mortgage application to our targeted lenders.Decision from the chosen range of lenders are normally received within 3 to 5 days.
We will agree a preferred lender and arrange for a valuation of your property.
At this stage you will need to appoint a solicitor and we can provide you with a list of solicitors in your area from whom you should seek a quotation.
On receipt of the valuation and when any offer conditions are satisfied, we will instruct the lender to issue a formal loan offer letter .
