Shane Lavin

Shane is a Director of Finance Company of Ireland Ltd and is head of the Corporate Restructuring team.

Finance Company of Ireland 's Corporate recovery division provides specialist solutions for the benefit of both lenders and their client companies in the area of distressed debt.

Shane is a graduate of UCD and a chartered accountant .He trained with KPMG in Dublin and has over 25 years experience in finance with particular emphasis in the area of insolvency and reconstruction. Over the years Shane has advised at a very senior level in a wide range of high profile insolvency positions.

Shane also worked as a manager with Bank of Scotland in Dublin and his broad range of perspectives gives our restructuring clients a very valuable and practical approach to delivering workable restructuring propositions.

Michael Irwin

Michael is also a chartered accountant. He joined our consultancy team in 2007.

Following his training with Oliver Freaney and Co Michael moved to Dunnes Stores as an accountant. A number of years later he was appointed Head of Finance with this Group. Michael progressed from Dunnes to the Londis Group where, as Managing Director he transformed the group into one of Ireland's leading retail groups.

Michael has acted as a consultant in a broad range of assignments in the area the retail , health and leisure.procurement and in bringing emerging companies to the stock market .

Michael's experience and understanding of Irish business has proved an invaluable asset to our corporate restructuring offering .

Michael O 'Flynn

Michael is a business graduate of UCD.

He has a wide range of business experience particularly in the area of property, property management, retail and hospitality trades.

Michael worked for number of years as a consultant in the insolvency area, dealing with a range of business problems and delivering workable solutions.

Michael joined our consultancy team in 2008.
